Equipping women, youth, refugees, and persons with disabilities with skills, opportunities, and a voice for economic independence and social inclusion.
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive – regardless of gender, age, ability, or background.
Uganda is home to millions of people who face systemic barriers to participation in economic, social, and political life. These include women, youth, refugees, and persons with disabilities. Our program is designed to break down these barriers through targeted interventions that build skills, create economic opportunities, and foster social inclusion. We work alongside communities to ensure that no one is left behind.
We empower vulnerable groups through these strategic pillars.
We support women through skills training, access to finance, mentorship, and advocacy. We address gender-based violence and promote women's leadership in communities and governance.
We invest in young people through vocational training, entrepreneurship programs, digital skills, and civic engagement. We create safe spaces for youth to learn, grow, and lead.
We promote the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities through accessibility, livelihood support, advocacy, and awareness-raising. We challenge stigma and build inclusive communities.
We support refugees and internally displaced persons with livelihoods, education, healthcare, and psychosocial support. We promote social cohesion and integration with host communities.
We advocate for policies and practices that promote equity and inclusion. We work with local governments, civil society, and communities to create environments where everyone can thrive.
We provide counselling, mental health support, and community-based psychosocial services to help vulnerable individuals overcome trauma and build resilience.
